Royal Air Maroc Offers Solutions for Passengers Affected by France Flight Restrictions

In response to the restrictions imposed by the French authorities forcing it to postpone its round-trip flights to France during the period from August 3 to 10, Royal Air Maroc has found a trick for its customers.
While Air Arabia, also affected by this measure, has canceled all special flights from Morocco to France, Royal Air Maroc was hoping that the negotiations would lead to an agreement between the Moroccan and French civil aviation authorities.
In the meantime, the airline, in an internal note, has set the solutions that will be offered to clients affected by the special flights serving France during the aforementioned period, reports Le 360.
Among these are the possibility of bringing forward the travel date, by changing the initial dates (between August 3 and 10) with new ones on flights scheduled before August 2 inclusive; a change of airport (all French airports are affected, before August 2); a change of destination: free change for a European destination on a date not exceeding August 10.
Another solution also offered is the refund of tickets against a nominative credit note valid for 18 months from the date of its issuance. According to RAM, this credit note is refundable in cash at the end of the validity of the ticket and its issuance is done through travel agencies, RAM agencies or by contacting the company’s call center.
