Morocco’s national carrier Royal Air Maroc officially announces the imminent resumption of its direct connections to Gulf countries. Starting July 2026, travelers will once again be able to fly from Casablanca to Qatar and the Emirates.

According to information reported by specialized firm CAPA, this operational relaunch will take place in two phases. Royal Air Maroc will first inaugurate a daily service connecting the economic capital to Doha starting July 1st. Two days later, on July 3rd, a second air route will be reactivated to Dubai, with a frequency set at three flights per week.

To ensure these long-haul routes, the airline has chosen to standardize its fleet. All of these new rotations will be operated aboard Boeing 787-8 aircraft, twin-engine wide-body jets specifically assigned to these two Middle Eastern destinations.
