A Royal Air Maroc plane flying from Morocco to Italy made an emergency landing at Mohammed V airport in Casablanca.
Flight AT940, which connects Casablanca to Rome, would have encountered a pressurization problem, forcing the pilot to descend the aircraft to an altitude below 10,000 feet. As a safety measure, the plane then turned back over Tangier to make an emergency landing at Mohammed V airport in Casablanca.
These facts, which have not yet been detailed by the Royal Air Maroc company, are confirmed by the data collected by the Flightradar website on which it is noted that the RAM Boeing has indeed turned back when it was over the city of Tangier.
