Royal Air Maroc Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Algeria After Smoke Detected

While it was supposed to land around 10:30 a.m. at Tunis airport, a plane from the Moroccan company Royal Air Maroc, coming from Casablanca, was forced to make an emergency landing in Algiers.
The details are to be taken with caution as they are given, with photos, by a man who claims to be a passenger on the plane. "After 1.5 hours of flight, thick white smoke comes out of the air vents with a strong smell of burning," he writes on Facebook.
According to this passenger, "the pilot informs us that he has launched a distress message for an emergency landing in Algiers!".
In the photos posted on Facebook, we can see several Algerian police vehicles as well as firefighters, one of whom is equipped with a fire extinguisher.
