Royal Air Maroc Expands Summer Routes: New Madrid-Nador Flight, Oujda-Düsseldorf Service Returning

As part of its summer program, Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has inaugurated a flight between Nador and Madrid and is preparing to relaunch an air link between Oujda and Düsseldorf.
Since June 26 and until August 28, 2023, RAM is operating a weekly flight between Nador and Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suarez airport, operated by a Boeing 737-800, reports Air Journal. This flight, scheduled every Monday, faces competition from Air Arabia Maroc, Iberia and Ryanair, thus completing the existing routes to Madrid from Casablanca, Rabat and Tangier.
In parallel, RAM is preparing the launch of two weekly flights between Oujda-Angads and Düsseldorf airport, starting July 7 until September 1, 2023. An unprecedented route since October 1999.
RAM’s summer 2023 offer stands at 6.2 million seats spread over more than 90 destinations across four continents. This expansion follows the resumption of most of the routes suspended during the health crisis and the opening of new routes in 2022, notably to Tel Aviv, Dubai, Seville and Porto.
