Royal Air Maroc to Double Dreamliner Fleet by 2025

Royal Air Maroc (RAM) is preparing to receive a new delivery of Boeing Dreamliner aircraft, which will bring the total number of these long-haul aircraft in its fleet to 10 by early 2025.
These acquisitions are part of the company’s modernization and expansion strategy, which aims to have a fleet of 200 aircraft by 2030, or in just over 5 years.
RAM already operates five B787-8 Dreamliners and has ordered five B787-9s, a more recent model. The arrival of these latest generation aircraft will allow the national company to improve its services and strengthen its presence on international and African markets, and above all be in line with Morocco’s ambitions regarding tourism.
The choice of the Dreamliner, an aircraft renowned for its technological advances, confirms the Moroccan airline’s desire to position itself as a major player in air transport, especially since its accession to the OneWorld alliance, as Abdelhamid Addou, CEO of the company, had pointed out.
