Royal Air Maroc Cancels Flights to Burkina Faso Amid Military Coup

Following the military coup in Burkina Faso, Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has decided to cancel its Casablanca-Ouagadougou flights on October 1st and Ouagadougou-Casablanca on October 2nd.
In a tweet, the national airline states that this is a measure taken due to the closure of Burkina Faso’s airspace. "We inform our dear customers that due to the closure of Burkina Faso’s airspace, our flights on October 1st from Casablanca to Ouagadougou and on October 2nd from Ouagadougou to Casablanca are canceled."
RAM took the opportunity to announce that given the prevailing situation, the flight schedule for the coming days may also undergo some changes. It invites its customers to stay informed as the flight schedule is updated by updating their contact information on the customer area of the website.
