Real Madrid’s Brahim Díaz Faces Uncertain Future as Ancelotti Overlooks Striker

The Spanish-Moroccan striker Brahim Díaz does not have the confidence of Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti, who prefers to do without his services. Towards a probable departure of the 24-year-old player from the Santiago-Bernabéu Stadium?
Brahim Díaz is in difficulty. While some expected him to have little participation as a starter, given the huge competition in his position, and could be an important rotation option, the reality is that he is not part of Carlo Ancelotti’s plans, reports El Nacional. The Real Madrid coach does not think he is a viable option. Moreover, he has never hidden that he does not have confidence in his abilities by opposing his return in the past and not giving his approval this year either.
Contrary to the Italian technician, club president Florentino Pérez trusts Díaz. By bringing him back, he is convinced that he could be a decisive player after three years at Milan. The Spanish-Moroccan striker joined the Merengues squad in January 2019, from Manchester City, as part of a contract worth around 20 million euros. In September 2020, he was loaned to AC Milan, where he shone over the past three seasons. He has scored 18 goals in all competitions.
Despite his performances, his future at Real Madrid is uncertain. Brahim "has one foot and a half out of Madrid" before the January window and the recovery of Turkish international Arda Güler is not in his favor either, analyzes the same source, adding that Aston Villa is the latest team to have expressed interest, and offered around 35 million euros. Will Diaz return to Milan or join Aston Villa?
