Rare Baby Boom: Iguanas, Turtles, and Crocodiles Born at Agadir’s Crocoparc

New births have recently been announced at the Crocoparc in Agadir. They were observed in Iguanas, Turtles and Crocodiles.
In a press release published online, the park noted that these little creatures were born in better conditions and have adapted to their environment. Thus, visitors will be able to see them evolve in their living environment.
Regarding the green iguana, a lizard whose green, gray, orange or blue hues vary depending on their geographical distribution, it can reach up to 2.50 meters with a lifespan of up to 15 years. According to the same document, baby iguanas can weigh up to 11 grams on average and measure only 25 centimeters.
Concerning the Silloned Turtle, the other species that has reproduced, it measures 60 to 80 cm long for a weight of around a hundred kg when adult. It remains the largest turtle in Africa and the largest in the world after those of the Galapagos Islands and the Seychelles. The same source also points out that the eggs of these turtle species are round and measure between 41 and 49 mm. As for the young, they measure 45 mm for a weight of 30 grams at birth.
As for the crocodile nesting, it has 20 to 80 eggs the size of a chicken egg. These Nile crocodiles are tiny and measure between 21 and 29 centimeters for a weight of 60 grams. According to the park officials, these creatures can reach 7 meters in length, with a weight that can reach a ton.
