Ramadan 2021 in Morocco Expected to Begin April 14, Experts Say

Less than 3 months separate us from the holy month of Ramadan 2021. This is what emerges from the statements of the Moroccan expert in astronomy, Hicham El Aissaoui.
According to astronomical calculations, the first day of the month of fasting, corresponding to the year 1442 of the Hegira, will be on Wednesday, April 14, 2021, said the Moroccan expert on his Facebook page.
The period should coincide with the end of the national anti-Covid-19 vaccination campaign. And, to quote the Minister of Health, Khalid Ait Taleb, "if everything goes well, we will be able to spend a normal Ramadan".
One thing is certain: the Muslim community is not about to relive an experience similar to 2020, where prayer and consumption rituals were heavily affected by the lockdown.
