Racist Vandals Target Franco-Moroccan Owner’s Restaurant in Saint-Quentin

Individuals broke into the Lin Oriental restaurant, rue de Guise in Saint-Quentin, belonging to a Franco-Moroccan woman. They ransacked it before covering the walls with racist graffiti.
When arriving at her restaurant on Sunday, December 11, Amina Mounib, the Franco-Moroccan born in Saint-Quentin, was far from imagining that she would find her establishment, which she opened on March 27, 2021, vandalized. Burglars broke into the Lin Oriental, rue de Guise in Saint-Quentin, during the night of Saturday to Sunday, reports L’Aisne nouvelle. They also covered the walls with racist graffiti: "Pu* Arab" or "dirty Arab" and repainted the fridges.
Amina Mounib feels discouraged. "[...] They stole three televisions, the cash register, and everything is upside down. I had the drive for the holidays, I was starting to make things. It cooled me down... Today, I no longer feel like it," the restaurateur said. "I don’t know if I’ll reopen," added this 34-year-old Franco-Moroccan without a history. She says she has filed an online pre-complaint. As soon as the police call her, the legal procedure will move forward.
