PSG Star Achraf Hakimi Opens Up About Mental Health Journey and Seeking Therapy

The Moroccan right-back of Paris Saint-Germain, Achraf Hakimi, revealed that he has received psychological assistance three years ago because he was going through difficult personal times.
"I am naturally quite reserved, but I don’t hesitate to ask my mother, my closest friends, my brother and my agent for help. These people help me think and take care of myself when I need it," Hakimi revealed in an interview with GQ magazine.
The Moroccan international admitted that he likes to spend time alone to read and reflect on his projects. He said that the experience with the psychologist was of great help to him, even though he still sometimes feels the need to be alone to project himself into the future.
