PSG Priced Out of Achraf Hakimi Transfer as Real Madrid Return Looms

Paris Saint-Germain, in search of fresh blood in the right-back position, could afford Achraf Hakimi whose two-year loan to Borussia Dortmund is already running out. But the Moroccan international costs much more for the French club.
Achraf Hakim could be a good deal for Paris Saint-Germain, to fill the void that Thomas Meunier will leave by June 30, whose contract is expiring. The names of Mattia De Sciglio (Juventus), Hamari Traoré (Rennes) or Adam Marusic (Lazio Rome) are being mentioned insistently, while the name of Achraf Hakimi has also been mentioned.
But the Moroccan seems to be too expensive for the club. Apart from that, at the end of his adventure at Borussia Dortmund, the player hopes to return to Real Madrid, where he wants to establish himself. With his prowess and his rise in the world of football, "Achraf Hakimi is already one of the best players in his position on the European scene. And at the age of 21, he represents an extremely rare commodity on the right-back market," notes le10sport.com.
His price would already be around 55 million euros, an unaffordable amount for PSG whose "finances have been severely tested by the covid-19 crisis and the suspension of the Ligue 1 season". Achraf Hakimi will not be the successor to Thomas Meunier, the same source specifies.
