Police Intercept Bus Carrying Migrants from North Africa and Middle East in Paris

In Paris, the police arrested a bus from Briançon that was transporting about fifty migrants, mostly from Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt, Iraq or Afghanistan.
The events took place on September 2 in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, at the level of Austerlitz. A bus driver was transporting about fifty migrants from Briançon. Inside the bus, migrants mostly from Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt, Iraq or Afghanistan. The Paris prosecutor’s office immediately opened an investigation for "aiding the circulation of a foreigner on French territory" against the bus company that was transporting the passengers and the association "Accueil Refuges Solidaires" suspected of being behind the trip, reports Alpes 1.
Given the origin of the bus, the case will be entrusted to the magistrates of Gap. According to the public prosecutor, Florent Crouhy, the date of departure of the convoy is not yet known but it had already been checked at the end of August.
