Online Summit Gathers 40 Experts to Share Success Strategies for 2020

About forty experts and personalities will share, at the Impactors Summit, their best advice to make 2020 an exceptional year. This 100% online event takes place from December 26 to 31. Saïd Amzil, co-organizer, answers a few questions about the organization of this event.

The Editorial Staff: Hello Saïd Amzil. Can you introduce yourself to our readers?

Saïd Amzil: I am Saïd Amzil, married, father of 3 princesses. My activity is to help people create an online business. As a Web marketing consultant, I also help companies increase their profits.

You are organizing the Impactors Summit starting tomorrow, Wednesday. What do we mean by "impactor" and what can we expect from this summit?

An impactor is a person who uses his talent, skills or knowledge to impact the world on a more or less large scale. I believe that everyone is capable of creating an impact. Even through the work they do on themselves.

When you work to become a better person on a personal, professional or spiritual level, you get results. These results have an impact on your environment (family, friends, colleagues...).

This is how, in a completely natural way, you unconsciously invite them to evolve and without realizing it, you have impacted the lives of hundreds or thousands of people.

The purpose of this Summit is to make available to the public the key lessons to develop all aspects of their life. 40 experts, specialists and personalities have agreed to share their best advice to make 2020 an exceptional year.

They will share part of their story, the lessons they have learned, as well as concrete advice to move from theory to practice.

The event will take place online, on sommetdesimpacteurs.com, from December 26 to 31, 2019. Each day, a new theme will be addressed by 5 to 10 speakers.

The themes planned for this first summit are as follows:

• December 26, 2019 — Spirituality
• December 27, 2019 — Mind Setting
• December 28, 2019 — Entrepreneurship
• December 29, 2019 — Family Life
• December 30, 2019 — Productivity/Health
• December 31, 2019 — Contribution to the world

A few years ago, you launched the WMA program for those who would be tempted by the entrepreneurial adventure. What advice would you give them? And above all, what should they prioritize?

First of all, it is a matter of asking the right questions, the most important of which, in my opinion, is the following: "Why?".

"Why do I want to get started?"

The answer to this question must be rational, of course, but above all emotional. The more it inspires us, the more it produces the fuel needed to carry out our entrepreneurial project.

Moreover, knowing the "Why" allows you to choose the most appropriate business model.

For example: if the answer to "why" is "I want more time, freedom", a simple and flexible activity will have to be favored.

If the goal is to impact an entire sector of activity, budgets, managerial skills, etc. will have to be planned.

Then, in my opinion, it is essential to know one’s strengths and weaknesses. This self-knowledge allows you to capitalize on your innate resources.

When we choose a business in which we can fully exploit our strengths, our passions, our know-how (innate or acquired), productivity is there. We have little or no impression of working.

Finally, the last piece of advice that my entrepreneurial experience has taught me is to accept that at the beginning, not everything is always up to what we imagined. Evolution comes with experience. Experience is the product of our actions.
