Notorious Moroccan Drug Lord Released After 15-Year Sentence

At the end of a 15-year prison sentence served in the Kénitra prison, Mounir Erramach, the Pablo Escobar of the North, would have been released on December 31.
Known as the Escobar of Tétouan, Mounir Erramach had been apprehended during the campaign against major drug barons.
His reputation went beyond Morocco’s borders, due to his opulence and his yachts estimated at around a hundred million dirhams. He also had associates in several European countries.
The information, which has not been confirmed by the national press or the authorities, has just been announced by a Facebook page specializing in the news of the city, Tétouan bel visa. To be taken with the usual precautions.
