At the invitation of the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM), the former French President, Nicolas Sarkozy, is participating in the work of the second Summer University of the Moroccan employers’ association at the Higher Institute of Commerce and Business Administration (ISCAE) in Marrakech. His speech will focus on the role of entrepreneurship in the Moroccan development model.
The "luxury speaker" monetizes his services in Morocco. Nicolas Sarkozy is the guest of honor of this second edition of the Summer University of the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM), reports Hespress. He takes an active part in the seminar entitled "The world is constantly and rapidly evolving. What economy for the future?", organized by the CGEM.
After his withdrawal from public life, Nicolas Sarkozy has forged a personality as a "luxury speaker" far from political affairs. He develops various topics related to geopolitics, economics or global governance at the many conferences he attends around the world since 2012.
In March 2018, he was the guest of the Crans Montana in Dakhla on "Africa and South-South Cooperation", recalls the same source.
In this new profession, the sixth President of the Fifth Republic is making a great reputation and earning large fees. According to the French press, the former French Head of State’s interventions cost no less than 85,000 to 200,000 euros per conference.
The former Beninese Prime Minister, Lionel Zinsou, the former Senegalese Prime Minister, Aminata Touré, President of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council of her country, and the former Portuguese Deputy Prime Minister, Michel Cortica, Principal Delegate to COP 24 in Katowice, and Guillaume Dard are also expected at this great economic event of the Moroccan employers’ association.
