Mother and Feverish Infant Turned Away from Brussels Hospital, Sparking Outrage

Unbearable scene at the Clinique Saint-Jean in Brussels. Hassnae was sent back from the clinic with her four-month-old baby who had a 40°C fever.
"I thought my child was going to die," says the 31-year-old mother who partially filmed the scene that unfolded on Monday in the emergency room of the Clinique Saint-Jean in Brussels. Hassnae had gone there with her four-month-old baby, Abderrahman, who was sick, in her arms.
Very upset about her son’s health, she got angry for not having been taken care of quickly enough. The police intervened and simply sent her back from the clinic.
Hassnae and her child will finally be welcomed at the Saint-Pierre hospital where the latter was taken care of immediately.
