Morocco Urges Limited Travel for Eid Al-Adha Amid COVID-19 Concerns

The Head of Government, Saad Eddine El Otmani, and Khalid Ait Taleb, Minister of Health, have issued an urgent call to Moroccans. They ask the latter to "only travel during Eid Al-Adha in case of extreme necessity".
Eid Al-Adha is coming soon and the spread of the coronavirus must be prevented. This dear wish motivated the holding of a joint press conference by the Head of Government and the Minister of Health this Sunday in Rabat.
On this occasion, the two personalities reminded citizens of a firm instruction of the moment. Thus, Moroccans are asked to "only travel during Eid Al-Adha in case of extreme necessity".
