Morocco U17 beats Ethiopia 2-1, eyes Egypt showdown
Atlas Lions suffered but prevailed. During their second U17 CAN match, the young Moroccans beat Ethiopia by the narrowest of margins (2-1). A vital success before the next confrontation.
The defending champions finally launched their tournament this Saturday, May 16. After a first draw conceded against the Tunisians (1-1), the Moroccan team finally prevailed narrowly against the Ethiopian side at the Mohammed VI Complex in Maâmora.
