Morocco Tightens Court Access to Curb Coronavirus Spread

The Supreme Council of the Judicial Authority has called for strengthening control at the entrance of the courts in the face of the spread of the new coronavirus.
In making this decision, the Supreme Council wants to end the overcrowding of the courts. To this end, the control system will be strengthened at the entrance of the courts as a precautionary measure and to deal with a possible spread of the coronavirus, according to a note signed by Mustapha Fares, First President of the Court of Cassation and Delegate President of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary.
Only persons with a summons will be allowed to enter. The judicial authorities have also called on the public to report any suspected cases to the health authorities.
