Morocco’s Tallest Skyscraper, Mohammed VI Tower, Nears Completion in Rabat

The Mohammed VI Tower, whose construction required an initial investment of at least 3.5 billion dirhams, is about to be completed on the banks of the Bouregreg in Rabat. Presented as a symbol of Moroccan development, this major project will soon enter into service after its inauguration by King Mohammed VI.
The final touches are underway to prepare for this opening. Cleaning companies have recently been hired to work on the apartments and offices included in the building. Work is currently focused on the reception hall and the main facade, which directly overlooks the river.
At the heart of this multifunctional project, an agreement has been finalized between the management company "O Tower" and the Hilton hotel group. This partnership provides for the installation and management of a luxury hotel under the Waldorf-Astoria brand within the tower itself, complementing the office and apartment offerings.
To enhance the experience of future residents and visitors, additional services are planned. A small port has been built in front of the main entrance, allowing for leisure activities such as boat rides on the Bouregreg.
