Morocco Sets Sunday Deadline for Foreign Tourists to Leave Amid Coronavirus Restrictions

Repatriation flights for foreign tourists stranded in Morocco are authorized until next Sunday.
From Sunday, March 22, 2020 at 12 p.m., no more repatriation flights will cross the national airspace. This is the new decision taken by the Moroccan authorities to facilitate the departure of foreign tourists after the suspension of all international flights to and from Morocco, as part of the fight against the coronavirus epidemic.
The three flights initially scheduled for Thursday, and which should depart from the city of Rabat, are now scheduled for the same day, with two flights from the city of Fez via the Ryanair company to Belgium and England, as well as a flight from Casablanca via the Transavia company, to Paris-Orly.
