Morocco Sets PCR Test Price at 500 Dirhams for International Travel

People wishing to travel to countries that require a PCR test no longer have to worry. The Ministry of Health is making it easier for them by providing them with a number of laboratories throughout the country.
In a circular note addressed to the Regional Directors of Health, the Director of the National Institute of Hygiene and the Director of the Pasteur Institute of Morocco, the Ministry of Health has ruled on the pricing of the medical biology test related to SARS-Cov-2 provided by public hospitals, institutes and laboratories. The performance of the Covid-19 PCR test at the designated public laboratories and institutes is set at 500 dirhams.
Those interested in performing the PCR Covid-19 test at the public services under the Ministry of Health must present themselves at the health facility closest to their place of residence with a copy of the national identity card and the travel ticket.
