Morocco Sends 40 Tons of Medical Aid to Tunisia, Including 100 Respirators

Three military aircraft, each carrying 13.5 tons of medical aid, took off on Thursday, bound for Tunisia. The aid ordered by King Mohammed VI includes complete resuscitation units, including one hundred beds, one hundred respirators, and two oxygen generators.
These planes took off in the morning from the third air base of the Royal Air Force in Kenitra, bound for Tunisia, each carrying 13.5 tons of medical equipment, according to the MAP.
The medical aid consists of two complete and autonomous resuscitation units, with a total capacity of 100 beds. It also includes 100 respirators and two oxygen generators with a capacity of 33 m³/hour each.
After this departure, other military aircraft will take off for Tunisia in the coming days to continue the delivery of this medical aid, the same source specifies.
Tunisia has been facing major difficulties in recent days due to the deterioration of the health situation due to Covid-19.
