Morocco Seeks Third Straight Arab Futsal Cup Title Against Kuwait

The Moroccan futsal team, led by Hicham Dguig, is about to play its third consecutive final in the Arab Cup, this Friday, June 16. This time, it is against Kuwait, a team they have already defeated in the group stage.
Once again, the national futsal team has proven that it is unbeatable at the regional level, dominating the debates during the 7th edition of the Arab Cup taking place in Saudi Arabia. Largely superior to their opponents, the protégés of Hicham Dguig have crushed all the teams that have faced them, from the group stage to the knockout matches.
After eliminating Libya from their path with a 5-1 victory, the Atlas Lions are preparing to face Kuwait in the tournament final. With figures like Idriss Raiss El-Fenni in their ranks, the Moroccans have every reason to approach this challenge with confidence. A triumph on Friday would make Morocco the undisputed king of the championship, with three titles, thus surpassing Egypt which holds two. However, the opposing team, Kuwait, who qualified for the final thanks to a narrow victory (3-2) against Algeria, will have a desire for revenge.
