Morocco’s Security Chief Awards Exceptional Bonus to Staff for Pandemic Efforts
The Director General of National Security, Abdellatif Hammouchi, has decided to award an exceptional bonus to all employees.
This occasional bonus, granted to "further involve the staff of the public institution in the mission of preserving the security of citizens", was declared by the head of the DGSN in an internal note.
Demonstrating a participatory management approach, Abdellatif Hammouchi sought to reward his collaborators for the efforts and sacrifices made during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Without providing more details on the bonus amounts, which will be deducted from the DGSN’s budget, the site Akhbarona nevertheless specifies that they will be paid in the very near future.
