Morocco defeated the Central African Republic team 2-0 tonight, as part of the 4th round of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
This victory allows the Atlas Lions to take the lead in Group E and at the same time qualify for the final phase of the CAN scheduled in two years in Cameroon.
The Moroccan team must also thank the brilliant Hakim Ziyech, who opened the scoring in the 40th minute, before setting up Youssef El Arabi in the dying seconds of the match.
Last week, the Atlas Lions had won in Casablanca by a convincing score of 4-1.
