On the international arbitration stage, the Kingdom has won immense battles. While claims against the country exceeded three billion dollars, courts massively dismissed plaintiffs. In 2024 alone, requests totaling 2.7 billion euros were rejected out of a global envelope of 3.13 billion. Facing this surge, state defense secured 24,192 favorable decisions, marking a 37% jump compared to the 2020-2022 period. Domestically, these victories represent over 16 billion dirhams preserved. These figures, reported by Al Akhbar, illustrate a successful transition toward "strategic financial litigation management". Added to this are nearly 989 million dirhams preserved during administrative and functional housing evacuation procedures.
