Morocco Reverts to GMT for Ramadan, Adjusting Clocks by 60 Minutes

It is on Sunday, May 5, 2019 that Moroccans will, once again, have to adjust their clock for the occasion of Ramadan.
The ministry in charge of Public Administration and Civil Service Reform indicates that the time will have to be delayed by 60 minutes on Sunday, May 5, 2018 at 2:00 a.m. Concretely, Morocco will have a two-hour difference with France and Spain.
This time is only valid for the month of Ramadan, in application of a decree dating from September 2013, which was ended last year to return definitively (?) to GMT+1 time.
It is not yet known whether the government will once and for all put an end to the time change as the majority of European countries are going to do or continue to play with the nerves of Moroccans...
