Morocco Reshuffles Top Positions in Transport and Infrastructure Ministry

Several appointments were announced during the last Council of Government, which was held under the chairmanship of the Head of Government, Saad Dine El Otmani. It is especially within the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Logistics and Water that appointments to senior positions have been approved by the Council.

According to the point made at the end of the session by the government spokesperson, the Council approved the appointment of Abdellah El Mahboul as President of the General Council of Equipment, Transport, Logistics and Water.

Adil Bahi was appointed Director General of Strategy, Resources and Technical Affairs. The new Director of Strategy, Financing and Cooperation is Najib Karkouri, and Noureddine Maana was appointed Director of Human Resources.

The Council also approved the appointment of Nadia Nahil as Director of Information Systems and Communication, that of Ahmed Imzel as Director General of Roads and Land Transport. Noureddine Eddib is the new Director of Land Transport and Logistics. Still within the same ministry, we find Hammou Ben Saadout, as Director General of Water and Omar Chafiki, as Director General of Meteorology.
