Morocco Reports Highest Daily COVID-19 Death Toll with 74 Fatalities

Morocco recorded 74 deaths in the last 24 hours, bringing the number of deaths since the start of the coronavirus epidemic to 3,900. This is the most tragic record recorded by the kingdom after that of October 24 (73 deaths).
The Greater Casablanca-Settat region recorded 22 deaths in 24 hours, including 21 for Casablanca and 1 death for Berrechid. It is followed by Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, which has 10 deaths with 4 in Al Hoceima, 3 in Tangier-Assilah and 2 in Tetouan.
Rabat-Salé-Kénitra and Marrakech-Safi each report 8 deaths. While Kénitra announces 4 deaths against 2 in Khémisset, 1 in Rabat and 1 other in Salé, Marrakech records 6 deaths against 1 in Youssoufia and 1 in Chichaoua. In the Oriental region, Covid-19 killed 6 people, including 3 in Oujda-Angad, 2 in Nador and 1 in Berkane. Béni Mellal-Khénifra also has 6 deaths, including 2 in Béni Mellal, 2 in Fquih Ben Salah and 2 in Khourigba.
Fès-Meknès announces 5 deaths with 3 deaths in Taza, 1 in Fès and 1 other in Meknès. In the Souss-Massa region, 4 patients died from the coronavirus, including 2 in Agadir-Ida-Ou-Tanane, 1 in Inezgane-Ait Melloul and 1 in Chtouka-Ait Baha.
As for Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra, it announces 3 deaths, all in Laâyoune. As for Darâa-Tafilalet, it reports 2 deaths, including 1 in Errachidia and 1 other in Midelt.
