Morocco Reports 41 New COVID-19 Cases, Total Rises to 960 with 66 Deaths

The figures on coronavirus cases in Morocco were revealed this morning by the Ministry of Health on its dedicated website. There is a strong increase in infections.
41 new cases of infection have been reported since last night, bringing the total number of infections to 960, the ministry said, reporting the recovery of 69 people and the death of 66 people, since the announcement of the first case, early March.
In detail, Casablanca-Settat has 265 cases, Rabat Salé Kenitra, 176; Marrakech Safi, 168; Fès-Meknès, 131); Tanger Tetouan Al Hoceima, 75; the Oriental, 54; Daraa-tafilalet, 41; Béni Mellal-Khénifra, 26; Souss-Massa, 19; Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra, 4 and Guelmim Oued Noun, 1.
As in each press release, the authorities call on Moroccans to scrupulously respect the rules of hygiene and health safety as well as the preventive measures.
