In an effort to reassure public opinion, Ramid took care to point out that "all preventive measures and precautionary measures have been taken to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, in accordance with royal directives".
To this end, a joint commission, composed of the Ministry of Health, the Royal Gendarmerie, the military medical services, the Ministry of the Interior and civil protection, closely monitors the situation, through a national plan to fight the Coronavirus epidemic.
A daily assessment of the risk of the epidemic evolving in Morocco and around the world is provided by the supervisory ministry, which has set up special units within the various establishments of the kingdom.
