Morocco Reportedly Sends Soviet-Era Tanks to Ukraine via Czech Upgrade

Morocco would have sent tanks to Ukraine, which has been at war with Russia for almost a year. This military equipment would have been modernized in the Czech Republic before its deployment.
Tanks offered by Morocco to Ukraine? The Moroccan army would have sent nearly 20 Soviet-designed tanks to the battlefield last week, reports the Algerian media Menadefense, which relied on photos released on January 9 by the Czech press. The Czech company Excalibur Army located in Sternbeck would have modernized them before their deployment in Ukraine. The information has since been taken up by many media outlets.
The Moroccan T-72B tanks of Soviet design could later be replaced by M1 Abrams tanks from the American military surplus. Previously, the United States had promised financial assistance to countries that would decide to get rid of their Russian or Soviet military equipment.
Morocco would have decided to deliver weapons to Kiev at the Ramstein air base summit on Ukraine in April 2022, organized by the United States. The kingdom and Tunisia were the two North African countries represented at this meeting.
