Morocco Reportedly Negotiating Purchase of Israeli F-16 Sufa Jets, Sources Say

Morocco is said to have acquired an F-16 Sufa squadron from Israel to strengthen its armament. No official source has, for the time being, confirmed the information.
Information indicates that Morocco has acquired a squadron of Israeli F-16 Sufa fighter jets. The two allies would have started negotiations for the sale of this aircraft to the Moroccan air force, reports Israel Magazine. This information remains to be confirmed.
A special version specifically produced for the Israeli air force, the F-16I SUFA includes Israeli avionics and racks for Israeli missiles. The Israeli aircraft can launch Israeli munitions such as the Python 5 missiles and the "Delilah" cruise missile. The aircraft has high jamming and electronic warfare capabilities and is capable of transmitting threat and target databases and radar signatures of Eastern-made weapons collected in Syria and during maneuvers against the Greek (Russian-origin) S-300 air defense system. With a range of 3,200 km, the F-16I SUFA can go "very far".
