Morocco to Receive 270,000 Pfizer-BioNTech Vaccine Doses, Boosting COVID-19 Campaign

Morocco is expecting to receive a new batch of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine on Thursday, October 14. A total of 270,000 doses will be received.
In a statement to Le360, Dr. Saïd Afif, member of the Technical and Scientific Vaccination Committee, announced that 270,000 doses of vaccine will be delivered to Morocco on Thursday, October 14, 2021. This new batch will allow the kingdom to strengthen its national vaccine stock and continue its vaccination campaign against the coronavirus normally.
As of October 12, the total number of doses administered is 26,412,218, including 23,070,027 first doses and 20,277,782 second doses and 228,864 third doses. The Covid-19 report shows 939,356 cases of contamination, 918,375 recoveries and 14,474 deaths.
