Morocco Ranks 4th in Africa for Road Quality, World Economic Forum Reports

Morocco ranks 4th in the 2019 "quality of road infrastructure" ranking of African countries with the best roads published by Africa Facts Zone.
According to the World Economic Forum, Namibia tops the list of African countries with good infrastructure, followed by Egypt, Rwanda, Morocco, Mauritius, South Africa, Senegal, Kenya, Tanzania and Algeria. The Seychelles, Eswatini and Cape Verde close the podium.
Since its creation, Autoroutes du Maroc (ADM) has invested more than 55 billion dirhams in the construction of a motorway network of 1,800 km, which places Morocco in first position in North Africa. To accelerate the development of its road infrastructure, the kingdom has drawn up a roadmap for the sector by 2035.
