Morocco Plans to Vaccinate 24 Million Against COVID-19 by April

In Morocco, the number of people concerned by the first phase of the massive vaccination operation against the coronavirus is known.
Nearly 24 million Moroccans will benefit from the vaccination campaign that will take place between November and next April, reports Al Ahdath Al Maghribia. The vaccine developed by the Chinese laboratory Sinopharm CNBG will be administered during this operation. This vaccine is the subject of clinical trials, which will end on Sunday, November 15. In total, 600 healthy volunteer men and women participated in the trials.
Citizens over the age of 18 are concerned by this vaccination campaign. "Priority will be given in particular to frontline personnel, namely health personnel, public authorities, security forces and national education personnel, as well as the elderly and people vulnerable to the virus, before extending it to the rest of the population," a press release from the royal cabinet said.
