In 2018, the judgments and court decisions pronounced against the State resulted in the payment of 4.1 billion DH. The amounts claimed were 7 billion DH before the intervention of the Judicial Agency of the Kingdom.
These data come from the latest report of the Judicial Agency of the Kingdom. Its intervention allowed the State to save 3.14 billion DH, i.e. a reduction of 43% between the amounts claimed and those judged.
The administrative courts alone account for 4 billion DH in convictions against the State (compared to 6.9 billion DH claimed), outpacing the ordinary courts which come out with 121 million DH and the commercial courts, with 53 million DH.
