The authorities of the Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima region are carrying out vast campaigns to liberate and clean up public spaces, particularly beaches, in order to prepare for the high tourist season.
This operation was launched a few days ago by the authorities of Tangier who have decided to free the municipal beach as well as the beaches of Malabata, Ghandouri and other beaches, reports Tanja24, specifying that the municipality plans to adopt a new specifications book for the operation, management and animation of the beaches during the summer season.
Similarly, the municipality of Asilah has decided to adopt a new specifications book for the operation of the maritime domain for economic, recreational and educational purposes. A measure aimed at preserving the beauty of the beaches, maintaining a clean environment for residents and visitors, and ensuring the quality of services offered to vacationers.
The authorities of the prefecture of M’diq-Fnideq are not left out. They are also active in preparing to welcome tourists during the upcoming summer season, by carrying out cleaning campaigns of public spaces (green spaces, beaches, squares) and renovation and beautification work on the corniche, building facades and headquarters of public institutions along the coast.
With its beaches and natural landscapes, the Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima region is a popular destination for national and foreign tourists, as well as Moroccans residing abroad (MREs) during the summer.
