Morocco’s La Mamounia Named Top Luxury Hotel in Africa at World Travel Awards

Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, which has severely affected tourism, Morocco has once again distinguished itself in the 2021 edition of the World Travel Awards international competitions, the "Oscars" of tourism, by winning several awards.
Thus, in the "World" category, the Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort in El Jadida won the award for "Best Casino Resort in the World" in 2021, also winning the award for "Best Casino Hotel" in Africa.
Always on the African continent, the La Mamounia hotel in Marrakech was ranked "Best Luxury Hotel in Africa", while the Grand Riad, located within the Royal Mansour in Marrakech, was elected "Best Luxury Hotel Villa in Africa" and the Mandarin Oriental "Best Luxury Resort in Africa".
