Morocco Launches 0% Interest Loans to Boost Small Business and Entrepreneurship

The initiative has just been implemented through a partnership between banks and the Moroccan Government. Through the Central Management Fund, micro and small enterprises will have access to interest-free bank loans.
This new measure, announced last week by the Head of Government, Saâdeddine El Othmani, will be operational in the coming months.
Its purpose is to exempt Moroccan entrepreneurs from bank interest rates, while providing financial support for their projects.
According to Alayam24, the Ministry of Finance and Economy and the Professional Group of Banks of Morocco are currently working on a significant number of provisions in favor of entrepreneurs, in accordance with the recommendations of King Mohammed VI.
