Morocco Launches Digital Pre-Complaint System for Citizens and Residents

This Friday, February 7 at 5 p.m., the public prosecutor’s office will officially launch the "Online Pre-Complaint" service, intended for Moroccan citizens and the Moroccan community abroad, as well as foreigners residing in Morocco, from its stand at the Casablanca Book Fair.
The new service, aimed at bringing citizens closer to e-administration, allows interested persons to file their complaints and track their progress remotely, using a special code sent to their email address.
The electronic space of the public prosecutor’s office, pmp.ma, has been set up as part of interactive and constructive exchanges with citizens, in order to allow them to share their opinions and suggestions with the presidency of the institution.
In addition to the services offered by the institution, visitors will be entitled, during the 10 days of the fair, to presentations and debates, led by judges and executives of the public prosecutor’s office, on the constitutional pillars of the autonomy of the public prosecutor’s office and the defense of public law.
