Morocco Launches Digital Platform to Enhance Legal Protection for Expats

The Delegate Minister in charge of Moroccans Residing Abroad (MRE), Nezha El Ouafi, announced on Wednesday in Rabat the establishment of a digital platform. It will serve to strengthen the legal protection of Moroccans of the world.
This announcement was made on Tuesday during a debate, on the occasion of the World Women’s Day which takes place every October 10.
The theme discussed at this meeting is entitled: "The Protection of the MRE Woman in the Light of the Family Code and International Conventions." Speaking at the opening of this day, the Delegate Minister indicated the scope of this platform. Moreover, experts and jurists, thanks to this platform, will work together in Morocco and abroad, she notes. They will especially be able to share their experiences and expertise, to respond to the problems of the moment, reports la Map.
