Morocco’s King Mohammed VI Returns to Marrakech for Holiday Season

After a few days in France for a personal stay, King Mohammed VI arrived Saturday evening at the Menara airport in Marrakech.
For a few days, the announcement of the royal visit to Marrakech has coincided with the approach of the end-of-year holidays, causing maximum alert among the city’s officials, who do not skimp on the means to strengthen security measures.
The Sovereign has set his sights on the ochre city in order to spend the end-of-year holidays there in the company of a few members of the royal family.
The day before, Princess Lalla Salma had arrived accompanied by her two children, Prince Moulay El Hassan and Princess Lalla Khadija. She was accompanied by a Qatari princess.
