Morocco Joins International Defense Exhibitions in Abu Dhabi

In the run-up to the two exhibitions, the International Defense Conference, which will be held in a hybrid format, will bring together experts and specialists from all backgrounds for discussions on the effects of innovation on the defense industry, the protection of technology and its optimal use in the era of the fourth industrial revolution, said Major General Ishaq Saleh Al Balushi, vice-president of the supreme organizing committee of Idex 2021 and Nadvex 2021.

The latest technologies and innovations in the defense industry will be exhibited at these meetings. This will be an opportunity for the participating countries to sign contracts with major international companies specialized in the sector.

Since most of the 97 invited countries have confirmed their participation in the opening ceremony at a very high level, Al Balushi welcomed the confidence placed in his country by the international community to host such a large-scale event (59 countries represented by more than 900 companies), in these times of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Idex, Navdex and the International Defense Conference are organized by the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) in cooperation with the Ministry of Defense and the General Command of the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces.
