Morocco-Japan U17 World Cup: What time and on what channel to watch the match?
The Moroccan national under-17 team is starting its World Cup this Monday, November 3 in Doha, Qatar. After the continental title and the historic feat of their U20 elders in Chile, the Atlas Cubs are approaching this tournament with ambition.
Morocco’s first match in Group B will be against Japan. The kick-off will be at 2:30 pm Moroccan time, at the Aspire Zone complex in Doha. The match promises to be a serious test against a team known for its speed and quick transitions. For this opening match, coach Nabil Baha will have to do without two key players, Ilies Belmokhtar and Nassim El Massoudi.
The stated objective of the 2025 African champions is to perform well in this World Cup and draw inspiration from the U20 victory. "The performances of our teams in the various competitions have made Morocco a great football nation," said Nabil Baha on the eve of the match, stressing that his players were "determined to prolong the momentum of Moroccan football."

The Morocco-Japan match can be followed live from 2:30 pm (GMT+1). It will be broadcast on several channels, including Arryadia in its TNT version, as well as on beIN Sports Xtra 1 HD and the FIFA+ platform.
The preparation of the Atlas Cubs included a training camp in the United Arab Emirates, with two friendly matches against Venezuela and Switzerland. They will then face Portugal and New Caledonia in this Group B.
