Morocco Investigates Polisario Separatist’s Infiltration of Tetouan Forum

The Ministry of the Interior will investigate the presence of a separatist from the "Polisario Front" who was part of a Spanish delegation and participated in an official activity organized by the Tetouan municipal council.
Named Yahya Mohamed Salem and residing in Malaga, the individual is known to Moroccan security services as a fighter in the ranks of the Polisario within the so-called "15th Armored and Mechanized Infantry Corps".
The person in question managed to infiltrate the Spanish delegation expected at the fourth forum on international cooperation in northern Morocco, organized by the municipality of Tetouan in partnership with the Spanish Association "Childhood of Culture and Education", according to Al3omk.
Unmasked, the separatist was finally expelled to Spain on Wednesday, after the municipality of Tetouan canceled the official reception of the Spanish delegation due to his participation. Subsequently, he published an article on his website in which he claims that before being a journalist, he was a fighter in the ranks of the Polisario, which he considers to be the representative of what he calls the Sahrawi people.
It should be noted that as part of the investigation opened in this case, the Ministry of the Interior urgently summoned the Pasha of Tetouan, Mohamed Ahani, and the President of the Municipal Council, Mustapha El Bakkoury, according to the same source.
