Morocco Introduces Vaccine Exemption Certificate for COVID-19 Allergy Sufferers

The Ministry of Health has provided for an exemption certificate for people with excessive allergy to one of the virus components.
During an interactive discussion on the Ministry’s Facebook page, Mohamed Benazzouz, head of the National Immunization Program, discussed with Internet users the benefits and some specifics of vaccination against Covid-19.
On this occasion, he gave assurances about the effectiveness of the vaccine in countering the virus and thus responding to the controversies related to the consequences of the vaccine injection on the body, adding that "vaccinated people are more resistant to the virus and do not transmit it to the same degree as unvaccinated people".
The official also discussed the vaccine components by providing answers to the most common questions, emphasizing the need to vaccinate the different categories, especially unschooled children and illegal migrants.
In this regard, Benazzouz specified that exemption certificates from vaccination will be issued to people with excessive allergy to one of the virus components, noting that the vaccination of children is motivated by the emergence of other variants, such as Delta, which also affects this category.
